  • How do I schedule a tour of the facility?
    Please email us at corfitness@kinemafitness.com to schedule a day and time for a tour. Tours are available Monday-Friday between 7:00am-7:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday between 9am-3pm.
  • What are the hours of operation?
    The gym is staffed Monday-Friday 6:30am-7:30pm and Saturday-Sunday 8am-4pm. Once you have purchased a membership and retrieved your access card, you will be able to utilize the facility 24/7. Important to note: the locker room is only accessible during staffed hours - M-F 6:30am-7:30pm and Saturday-Sunday 8am-4pm.
  • Is there a pool onsite?
    No
  • How busy does the gym get during peak hours?
    We see the highest utilization between 6:30-8:30am, and after 5:00pm. However, with 10k square feet of usable space, and dozens of cardio machines, strength machines, and free weights, we’d be surprised if you had to wait for a piece of equipment!
  • What is your guest policy?
    All individuals are eligible for a complimentary day pass. If you plan on coming in more than once, we have day passes available for $30. Additionally, if you plan to workout for 3 days or more, we have a 1 month only membership for $85. Day pass grants you access to all COR Fitness amenities. Day passes are only available during staffed hours.
  • Is there parking available? Are there bike racks or public transit nearby?
    Parking is available for members via the Marriott’s valet service. Members receive a discounted rate of $10 per day. Just show the valet attendant your fitness center key and they will honor the proper rate. There is also a large parking garage at 4th and Mission. Unfortunately, the Marriott, nor COR have dedicated bike or scooter parking. There are public bike/scooter racks outside of the property. BART’s Powell St station is less than a 5min walk, as well as multiple MUNI stops surrounding the property. Here is a link to MUNI’s service map.
  • What's your cancellation policy?
    We need to have an email or voicemail from you before your next billing date in order to cancel your membership. You can also tell us over the phone if you call (415) 896-6175. You can cancel at anytime before your next billing date in order to avoid being charged again.
  • Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
    We currently do NOT have any additional sign-up fees or cancellation fees. Your monthly dues is your price due at checkout during enrollment.
  • Will I be receiving a key for the facility?
    Once your membership is created, our team will have a keycard created for you that will be available for pick up 12-36 hours from time of sign up. If you would like access the gym in the time prior to receiving your card, please email us @ corkinemafit@gmail.com or call us at (415) 896-6175.
