Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is an energizing practice that links breath and movement. This class involves intentional placement of the body to develop mind-body awareness, flexibility, and strength. Open to all levels of practitioners. Modifications will be offered.

Bootcamp

Have fun in a total body workout designed to enhance your endurance and strength. All levels are welcome, bring a friend to enjoy a mix of strength, HIIT, circuit training, and community.

Full-body Strength

Concentrate on weightlifting techniques with the use of free weights. Perfect for anyone, from beginners to advanced lifters, we will target all major muscle groups and emphasize proper form, allowing adjustments in weight to match your fitness level.

Lunchtime Core & Mobility

Experience a lunchtime mobility flow paired with a core-strengthening workout. In a quick 30-minutes, you will leave feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of your day. All levels are welcome, modifications will be provided.
